Week 1, day 1 

week 1. so far…

11/16, Monday

breakfast  - 4 ok mok and egg white mixture, coffee

lunch - nada

Had 4 mini candy bars!!! and diet coke FAIL!!!!

exercise - 1 hour ellptical at 1pm

FIVE MORE MINI CANDY BARS!!!!! THIS HAS TO STOP!

exercise - 1 spin class at 615 or 715 - didn’t go!!

dinner - 1 piece of salmon, salad with non fat greek cheese, lots of low fat turkey, lettuce, and low cal dressing :(

**** i need to bring a lunch to keep the bad stuff away.  going to have lettuce wraps - lettuce, egg white from TJ (100 cal), veggies on top adn sparkling water, and a piece of fruit in the afternoon
