Five weeks until Christmas. I decided to clean slate it and set FIRM goals by Week
week 1.

exercise - 1 hour ellptical at 1pm
exercise - 1 spin class at 615 or 715
dinner - 1/4 piece of salmon and veggie of choice

exercise - 1 hour ellptical at 1pm
exercise - 1 spin class at 630 or 730
dinner - 1/4 piece of salmon and veggie of choice

exercise - 1 hour ellptical at 1pm (if can manage w/ interview
beverly hills swedish course
